I’m inspired


Everyone hates those silly inspirational posters. Oh sure, they were OK at first when like one guy had them, but once they started showing up at kiosks in the mall that was it.

You can mock them with Auto Motivator, a website that lets you create your own. True, we could all do the same thing given 5 minutes and Photoshop, but I think we can all likewise agree that being a link makes it cooler.

Thanks for the laugh (and I almost saved a copy of the LiLo photo, but because I am significantly older than you--and her--it would border on grotesquely lecherous). You can also do this with FD's Flickr Toys. There's a link to it at the very end of my list of links on the right sidebar.

Oops. that's where you did these (FD). It's a useful site. I did some fake magazine covers with it. I had to hide them though, as a bit incendiary--on the cover of one of my issues of the "Center City Gentrifier" one of the headlines was "Marion Barry: Destined to Die in Office?"

Since from time to time I testify at Council hearings where he sits, I had to take the images down...
