On the discovery of Chicagho-towne
Civilization between the coasts? Who knew?
The trip to Chicago was productive and fun. Meetings were sponsored by the Northern Trust, a ritzy La Salle Street bank. Monday evening I saw Mishell, a friend now living in that area. Wednesday I visited Marshall Field's. The rest of my free time was taken up for the most part exploring the city on foot and train, as is my tradition. I spent time in the loop and around downtown, on the Magnificent Mile, and in the Lincoln Park, Lakeside and Wicker Park neighborhoods.
Photos will be forthcoming when I've finished photoshopping. Don't hold your breath.

missed you muchly
I already said how many in the other thread! Gosh!
Ooops. Missed the added comment. 600-ish seems low for you. Not enough interesting architecture?
I was only there 4 days. And I had meetings to attend.
So far I have gone through exactly 25 pictures. That's almost 4%! Almost.
