Bird’s eye view of the world
You’ve seen Google Earth and Celestia, now see Live Local, the oblique aerial imagery website. It’s powered by Pictometry, a company that for a fee will fly over your city and photograph it from every angle. We’ve had the pro version of the software in my office for quite some time now and it’s hella cool. As usual, click the images to enlarge them. More examples can be found inside the full entry.
